528 Millers Run Rd

When I toured, the property was listed as $525 + electric, a value I praised to the manager more than once while touring. I instantly decided I was going to pay $35 to fill out the application. The application was actually $40, no big deal. I was approved, and asked when I'd like to move in by. After listing the date I'd like to move in, I was informed that rent was actually $595. I check this house the next day and rent is now listed at $625. Because of poor communication, I'm out $40 for a property I wouldn't have even looked at for $595, let alone $625. If this is how the communication is between the landlord and property manager regarding rent, imagine how bad the communication is going to be trying to get something fixed. I gave them a chance to fix the situation by returning the $40 but they ignored my messages. Clearly the people here are incompetent. And I paid the price for it, so here's what stinks about this property. The neighbors have two screaming kids that can be heard through the walls while I was touring.
