-Income must be 2.5x times rent (no exceptions). Example, if rent is $1,200 multiply by 2.5x = $3,000.00 or more in income per month to rent or more in income per month.
-Maximum two (2) people per bedroom
-MAXIMUM two (2) Cars per unit.
-Pet Policy and Fees:
--Max 2 small pets of max 25 lbs. each or 1 medium dog max 50 lbs.
--Pet Deposit for one (1) pet: $250 nonrefundable. Pet Deposit for two (2) pets: $350 nonrefundable
--MONTHLY PET RENT - $25 monthly, per pet.
Resident is responsible for water, cable, electric, and renters' insurance.
