This unit can handle at most 2 adults. This is a beautiful well maintained garden property, secluded and away from main street, very quite. This is 1 bedroom furnished only. (No big furniture can fit up the staircase) . This is a like new apartment in private house on beautiful landscaped property in Pine Cove, Idyllwild Ca. NO PETS!! This unit is special, it is upstairs and feels like a tree house. It is very nicely remodeled and unique. The kitchen has a skylight and is bright and has everything you need. There is a small stove and oven, an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, beautiful cabinets, new floors and a large TV. The bathroom has a large air tub with color therapy, a rain shower with 2 windows. The unit has a very nice washer and dryer and bright laundry room, lots of storage everywhere and a view from every window. This is a furnished unit only and there is no extra outside storage avail unless you bring one. It has its own entrance, parking and landscaped front yard maintained by home owner. The road access is flat. The property has a plow but the plowing will be discussed. The landlord / owner lives downstairs, has two cocker spaniels, but does live here full time and handles all the maintenance. The unit is accessed from an private exterior door/ interior staircase but will require tenant to shovel the entrance in winter. This is a safe property and is a non smoking unit only.
