Eviction history reviewed in accordance with state and local law (cannot consider certain older evictions). Credit: Minimum credit score of 660 preferred. Lower scores may be considered with strong income, savings, or positive rental history. Employment/Income Verification: Pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or other verifiable sources accepted. Occupancy: Maximum of 2 persons per bedroom, consistent with HUD guidelines and fair housing law.
