This is a basic 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment centrally located to Metairie and New Orleans. Third floor unit, coin operated laundry. Plenty of off-street parking.

Our apartments are professionally managed and maintained, and locally owned and operated. Our philosophy is to offer clean, affordable residences with easy rental terms.
We charge $55 for a criminal/background check for each adult occupant.
There is a $75 administration fee when signing the rental agreement.
Monthly rent is $895. Deposit is $895. You will need $1,865.00 to move-in.
