The apartment has absolutely everything you need! The apartment receives a lot of natural light through its west-facing windows, allowing you to appreciate its polished hardwood flooring. The apartment has one assigned parking stall right in front of the unit. The building features a Washer and Dryer for residents. This is a Winter Rental! This apartment is available now and until May 15th 2026! Monthly Rental is $1,750, which can be negotiated for a long stay. Security Deposit is $1,750 You will receive a lease for your entire stay. The apartment is fully furnished! It includes everything for your stay, furniture, appliances, kitchenware, linens, and towels! We will assess a cleaning fee ($250 to $500) at the end of your stay.
