The property has a quiet time policy between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's arrival or departure scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests must abide by all community, city, county, and state parking rules and laws. Parking violations, trash dumping, noise nuisance, including large parties, and any other violations can result in fines up to $500 per violation with an aggregate maximum of $3,000. Trash must be placed in the carts provided, and failure to comply will incur a $100 charge. The air conditioning should not be set below 74 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent system freeze-up, and guests will be responsible for technician call-out charges if this occurs.
