It is really hard to beat the kitchen, being able to cook and eat with views out over the river is definitely what I will miss most. The space is nice and open and features some great accents such as the bar space, large windows throughout, and wood floors. Having such a large driveway has been a huge plus as well as worrying about street parking is not fun. The neighborhood is also wonderful with easy access to the riverside walk/bike path making walking enjoyable. The neighbors in the house have all been absolutely lovely as well. The landlord is a wonderful person and incredibly responsive. Owner pays for water, heat and snow removal. Renter is responsible for electric. First month and security (one month's rent) due at lease signing. One time $45 tenant screener fee paid by renter. No smoking. Quiet house. Two off street parking spots included in monthly fee.
