Guests have full access to the entire home. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, a full closet, bedside tables, and a dresser. The second bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with a pull-out twin-sized trundle bed underneath. The living room includes a sofa that turns into a full-size bed and a love seat that pulls out to a twin-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig. Outside, there is a large deck with a table and seating for four, Adirondack chairs around the backyard firepit, and a large propane grill. The detached garage has been transformed into a bar and game room, featuring a ping pong table, a bar countertop with stools, a 50" smart TV, and several games. A camera is placed on the front of the house overlooking the front door and driveway to ensure the correct number of guests, a limit of 4 vehicles, and no parties. This also adds safety for guests. There is plenty of parking at the house. The main strip is within a 5-minute walk, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Stray Dog and beach. You can also rent bikes at the Grand Marina for a small fee. A free shuttle bus to Four Winds Casino is available at the Grand Marina. Guests must be 21 or older unless accompanied by an adult at all times. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests can reach out via the app, email, or phone during regular hours for assistance. A laptop computer is not included.
