It says it's a 2 car garage but honestly only 1 of today's SUVs will fit and there is plenty of additional parking steps from the house. Enter through the front door courtyard or adjacent garage to the main level where you will find a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities, a six-burner stove top and double wall ovens making it easy cooking for large groups or individual meals. Come together at the large dining table with eight captains chairs, cathedral ceiling living room with a huge gas fireplace stone wall and a 65 in television. Windows up to the ceiling give you great views to the backside of Powder Mountain. There's a small deck off the kitchen which is great for morning coffee or winding down after a full day, with stairs that lead directly down to the hot tub which is private to the house. Off the kitchen is a common use powder room. there is also a King bed suite with Woolrich bedding, reading chair and a TV armoire. Great views of Ben Lomond, and a big ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a two-person jetted tub and a and a two-person rain stall shower. Across from this room is a queen bedroom that lofts over the downstairs living room. Open the plantation style shuttered window way for those spectacular views of the back of Powder Mountain and the top of Ben Lomond. Next is a room with 2 single beds with adult length. Between these 2 rooms is another full bathroom with a standard tub and shower. The complex offers a small gym facility with game room (ping pong, air hockey) a community hot tub, and pool in season. Entry key cards are hung by the front door. Garage door opener is on the kitchen table with other pertinent information. Quite time in our complex is before 7am and after 10pm.
