A pet fee of $95 will be charged if you bring pets, covering the extra cleaning needed. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Nestled on a quiet yet well-connected street, this home provides easy access to some of Savannah's most iconic spots. Forsyth Park is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a morning stroll or picnic. River Street, with its vibrant waterfront and historic buildings, is a 10-minute drive. Broughton Street, the city's main shopping district, is an 8-minute drive. The SCAD Arnold Hall is a 5-minute drive, ideal for students and visitors exploring SCAD. The closest trolley stop is a 3-minute walk, allowing you to explore Savannah with ease. Local markets and shops, such as Forsyth Farmers' Market and Parker's Market Urban Gourmet, are also nearby.
