Basic Lease requirements -income 3x monthly rent -clean background check -credit score 650 -no evictions -if your not able to meet credit requirements or your income is a little below the requirements we might still be able to rent to you we would just raise the rent a little and or require last months rent as well at signing. We use a traditional lease, No smoking, we allow 1 Cat with an additional no refundable deposit and monthly pet fee, parking on the street. Owner pays water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays electric, gas, and any additional utilities such as cable or internet.
