Roku TV features many popular live TV channels, and of course the Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV and other popular streaming apps are already installed on the TV ready for you to log in to with your account information and start streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glassware (coffee cups, drinking glasses, wine and rocks glasses, margarita glasses, etc.), new Lenox silverware, new dishware, pots, pans, silicon cooking utensils, and a coffee maker, etc. The renovated bathroom is large with a granite top vanity, a large soaking tub / shower, a hair dryer, and two full sets of towels. The bedroom features a double bed, a 6-drawer dresser, nightstands with lamps that have 2 USB ports on each side, great windows for natural light, and a large closet with felt hangers. For warm and sunny days, enjoy the table and chairs on your own private patio...or take advantage of the community pool just steps away! Pool towels are included. The condo has been freshly painted and much of the furniture is brand new as of March 2022. Lease can be as short as 60 days for those who may be in transition to the city or here on a work assignment. Longer term leases okay as well. One month security deposit due at lease signature. One month rent due five days before move in. Credit check and background check required at applicant's expense (usually ~$40 through Zillow). Condo is fully furnished, and HOA fees, trash, and sewer are included! Utilities and internet paid by renter. One assigned parking spot at door of condo. Visitor parking is available a few feet away as well. NO smoking. No pets.
