Because the rent includes utilities, this is one of the most economical 1 bedroom units you'll find in Laramie -- and it's nicer than many that cost more. Reserved off-street parking space guarantees you'll always have a spot. Many apartments near campus have no off-street parking, reserved or not, and spaces on the street can be tough to find. Why pay more elsewhere and then walk farther to class? Heat, water, electricity, city services, and basic Internet access (a $30 per month value!) included, making this unit a better deal than anything we've seen listed.
