It was a nice studio, well kept and in a good location. It's right across from the lake and a park. The building itself is clean and seems very well maintained also. There is a doorman and other staff actively involved in making the building nice. There were Halloween decorations in the lobby, and good communication in the form of notices posted from the condo board. They also seem very good with packages; they put a notice on one's mailbox to alert the resident, including whether it's a parcel or envelope. It seems to be the way a building should be run - with care and concern for high property values.
