Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. If guests are out, dogs must be kenneled. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
