All bedrooms include fresh linens, plush mattresses, fluffy pillows, and smart TVs for cozy evenings in. With three full bathrooms, everyone can enjoy a smooth morning routine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home or simply unpack your takeout. A large family dining table and open-concept living room offer plenty of space to gather and relax. You'll also have in-suite laundry, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary onsite parking for added convenience. Enjoy full access to resort-style amenities, including a large outdoor pool, kids' splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and more, exclusively for guests. We're happy to deliver a Pack 'N Play Crib for $40 and a Highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. Conveniently located, you're just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, shops, and banks. Golfers will love being minutes from Highlands Reserve Golf Club, a beautifully designed course suitable for all skill levels. And best of all, Disney's Animal Kingdom is under 10 miles away! Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
