Guests must be a minimum of 25 years old to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property; if unauthorized guests are found, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed. Parties are prohibited. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. If guests wish to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act.
