You'll email copies of your current, valid photo ID and 2 recent pay stubs for verification and submit the application fee, which is $100, not refundable. Once you've submitted everything, the application fee will be charged and your application will be processed. From there, we allow 24 hours for application approval, and once approved, you will have 24 hours to review and sign the lease, and then another 24 hours to make a deposit to hold the home until move-in.
