There is a large one bedroom unit with ample closet/storage space, good lighting and a north-facing bedroom. This unit is two persons maximum. A cat is allowed through application and pet deposit. This is not a dog-friendly unit. There is on-site laundry and one parking spot is included with the unit. We charge a $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Move- in costs are $2575.00 We require an application with a $30.00 application fee. This is a 6 month lease, renewable with the permission of the owner. The building is non-smoking. The apartment includes one off street parking spot. This apartment is 2-person's maximum. This is not a dog-friendly unit.
