AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between October 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to October 2026 - April 2027 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters' insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Parking: Parking for three vehicles - one under carport, two driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
DESCRIPTION:
"Vitamin Sea" is a three bedroom/three bathroom duplex and spacious and comfortable in every way. There's a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen in the second and a set of Twin beds in the third making for a very comfortable accommodation for up to six people. Shower off outside after your beach excursion, enjoy the fast Wi-Fi when it's time for streaming a movie, or start off with a cup of coffee from the Keurig while you marvel at a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic.
