FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters' insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. There's a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen in the second and a set of Twin beds in the third making for a very comfortable accommodation for up to six people. Shower off outside after your beach excursion, enjoy the fast Wi-Fi when it's time for streaming a movie, or start off with a cup of coffee from the Keurig while you marvel at a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic.
