The kitchen is a little bit of an odd shape, but it is large enough to have a dining table in there as well as enough room to get around the kitchen to cook. There is a cute living room space with an open way into the bedroom. The bathroom is kind of small and has a stand in shower (no tub). This apartment has recently had the kitchen floor refinished, and all new paint throughout. Pet Deposit is $500 with pet rent of $25 per pet per month. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
