Tenants pay electricity directly to PGE. Tenants pay for water and garbage (reimbursement back to the landlord).
The tenant sets up the direct electric account with PGE. The water/sewer bill from the City of Portland Water Bureau will be billed back monthly. The trash bill from Portland Disposal will be billed back every two months.
