There is a great common space with a playground, which many in the community use. There are many young families within the community with Rocky Mountain Elementary less than a mile away. It is also a 15min walk or 5min bike ride to down to dining and drinks at Longmont's downtown area. Utilities included: water, trash, and recycling. Please no smoking. Date Available: May 1st 2025. $1,900/month rent. $1,900.00 security deposit required. $35/month for pet rent and $300 for a pet deposit. Owner pays for: HOA, Water, Trash, and Recycling Renter pays for: electric, gas, internet/cable Renter responsible for: Repair costs of property if the renter was responsible for the damage to the building finishes, building structure, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, or mechanical equipment.
