Car, Uber, taxi, or public transportation is a great way to get to further locations, and biking is a common means of travel in the area with garage storage available or many bike or scooter rental locations available. Onsite private parking is available for 2 vehicles. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Observe silence during these hours. Only park in the designated areas. To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside apartments and regularly moved to the garbage chute. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No parties, events, or smoking are allowed. No cooking of any kind shall take place outside of any apartment on terraces, decks, patios, and/or common areas. The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
