Boasting an array of high-end amenities, including two studies, a fitness room, and a well-appointed bar overlooking a game room with a pool table, the ranch ensures endless entertainment possibilities. Relaxation awaits on three large porches, one featuring an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying evenings under the stars. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the spectacular outdoor kitchen, equipped with a custom-built Pitts & Spitts smoker, gas grill, and high/low burners. Unauthorized parties and events are not allowed without prior written approval. No smoking is allowed on the premises inside or outside, and the minimum smoking fee is $1000, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please do not tamper with the alarm system or you will be fined $500 as it may result in the ambulance being called out. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. The surrounding area is private and strictly off-limits to guests, and guests must remain within the property boundaries. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
