The ranch offers a vast estate complete with a striking home and pool, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 16 guests. It boasts an array of high-end amenities, including two studies, a fitness room, and a well-appointed bar overlooking a game room with a pool table. Relaxation awaits on three large porches, one featuring an outdoor fireplace. The spectacular outdoor kitchen is equipped with a custom-built Pitts & Spitts smoker, gas grill, and high/low burners. The ranch can comfortably seat about 28 people at dining tables, and including outdoor furniture and additional seating areas like the bar and breakfast bar, there's space for approximately 42 guests. Kendalia, Texas offers a serene retreat from urban life. With its population of around 400, the community embodies a rustic charm amid rolling hills and sprawling ranches. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the area's scenic landscapes and hiking trails. Kendalia is conveniently located within driving distance of larger cities like San Antonio and Austin. Take a day trip to Fredericksburg, Boerne, Canyon Lake, Austin, Luckenbach, Gruene, San Antonio, Wimberly, Blanco, San Marcos, or New Braunfels. Outdoor recreation is nearby at Guadalupe River State Park, Rockin' R River Rides for tubing, Joshua Creek Ranch for hunting and skeet golf, Natural Bridge Caverns, Cave Without a Name, Longhorn Cavern State Park, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Six Flags, Sea World, TPC San Antonio Championship Golf Course, Vaaler Creek Golf Coarse, Buckhorn Golf Course, Hill Country Adventure ATV Rentals, The Blue Hole & Jacob's Well swimming holes, Hamilton Pool swimming hole, and Enchanted Rock. A car is a must in the Texas Hill Country. Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. There is a minimum smoking fee of $1000, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the property, and a $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool. Please place all outdoor activities back in their designated storage after use to ensure there are no damages. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space it was found. Please bring your own supplies for the grill, smoker, wood burning pizza oven and outdoor fireplace, and extinguish any flames/coals after each use. Please do not tamper with the alarm system or you will be fined $500 as it may result in the ambulance being called out. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property, please do not tamper with them. Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing, and failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). The home is a water well property, and with the extreme heat and current drought, the pressure is low, so please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the well may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
