     Property

    Apartment is small, not enough room for a kitchen table and a couch in the living area. Good space for a minimalist. The windows illuminate a view of the abutting brick building. Appliances are new. Hardwood floors in good condition. Brick wall in bedroom was aesthetically pleasing. Way too small for two people if you're a couple looking for a 1BR. Located on the third or fourth floor via a narrow and short hallway...the building's foundation appears to have settled as floors are not level throughout.
