A refundable security deposit of $1795 plus first month's rent is required as well as a background check and proof of income of at least three times the rental amount. A maximum of two pets are allowed with additional security deposit and must remain leashed at all times. Children are allowed but must be accompanied at all times. Subletting or commercial use of the property is prohibited as well as no smoking inside the property. No boats, campers, trailers, or unregistered vehicles are allowed into the community.
