Unit is furnished and if the furniture or unit is damaged deposit will not be no refund of deposit. If any drugs or parifinalia there is immediate termination of lease. Smoking is only allowed outside and all cigarette butts or blunts need to be deposed of properly. Also if Pets go to the restroom in yard the waste needs to be disposed of properly. If waste is not disposed of properly the pet will need to leave property or lease can terminate. Property is survalenced by exterior cameras 24/7. Damage of any of security cameras there is an immediate termination of lease. Only people that can be on property are people that are on the lease any extra people brought to stay will be reason of termination of lease. 4 people maximum of tenants. Any guest can come and visit but can not stay over 24hrs. Any guest that wants to move in will have to fill out application and be approved. No subleasing aloud. If subleasing would occur it will be immediate termination of lease.
