A vacuum and a Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. The living room features ample seating and a decorative fireplace. There is a backyard and covered patio, and a smoke-free Solo Stove with seating. This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood in Columbus, featuring a mix of residential homes, parks, and amenities. Nearby, you'll find schools, shopping centers, and recreational areas. Columbus offers a range of cultural and outdoor activities, including access to the Chattahoochee River and various local parks. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
