This cabin is sure to become your favorite getaway spot for trips to come. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a cozy open concept living room and kitchen. Stairs located near the back of the cabin will take you to the upstairs loft. The living room is the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and unplug, featuring a grey sectional, two rocking chairs, and a large natural wood-burning fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes barstool seating for four with a bar overlooking the living room area, a small nook with a coffee bar, refrigerator, and microwave. When it's time to turn in for the night, make your way upstairs to the Master Bedroom, complete with a king-size bed. Back on the main level, you'll find twin beds located to the left of the front door, along with a Roku TV and board games for the family to enjoy. The shared bathroom is equipped with a newly renovated shower. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Located just 12 minutes from Downtown Eureka Springs, this cabin offers easy access to local attractions. It is 14 miles to Beaver Dam Park and 16 miles to Starkey Marina. The property features a stocked fishing pond and walking trails for you to explore. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
