Rental requirements:

First months rent, and security required at time of lease signing and prior to receiving keys. A $150.00 prepaid cleaning fee, prior to move in is required.

If you have an ESA or a trained and certified legal service animal you must inform us prior to or at time of application, be able to show proof of need along with supplying a request of reasonable accommodation. Supply us with all necessary required Dr. paperwork at time of application. Also if an actual service animal, its certification through an accredited service animal training organisation considered by the state will be required to be supplied prior to signing of lease.

We will consider 6 month lease's for traveling professionals in business or the medical field. With standard lease requirements. Qualify, For longer term leases one year or more, be approved and sign prior to 3/31/25 and get your last months rent free, or deduct $117.00 off of each of your months rent for the year. If you sign a 2 year lease you may then deduct another $50.00 off of each months rent. That makes your rent ($1,233.00)!
