It is currently furnished with a sofa in the main living area, a dining table for 3-4 people, queen beds in each bedroom, and dressers in each bedroom (not pictured). I'm happy to discuss renting the apartment furnished or un-furnished. Each bedroom has it's own independent mini split HVAC system, and there is a separate mini split for the main living area/kitchen. The washer/dryer is located just outside of the back door in separate room. Fast Comcast wifi is included in rent.
