With 2,900 square feet of space, free WiFi, and beautiful waterfront views, this Sanford home offers a serene retreat for families and small groups. Enjoy cozy features like indoor fireplaces and access to community amenities. The bedrooms include a king bed, two queen beds, bunk beds with a full and twin, and a queen sleeper sofa in the game room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, a blender, and a toaster oven. Events are allowed for additional fees. Parking is available with a long driveway and extra parking across the street. Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes, best known for its lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina, the main lake spanning approximately 240 acres with two marina pavilions. Residents enjoy boating, kayaking, golf, and the woodsy feel of the community. The diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees, and school-age children. Amenities include Scott Dyer Field, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a fitness trail, a 9-hole disc golf course, and various clubs and groups. Exterior security cameras are present facing outwards; there are no cameras indoors or in any private space. Every car entering the neighborhood will require a QR code texted to the driver's cell phone. You will need to provide the first and last names and cell phone numbers of one person in each car to receive a pass during your stay.
