The bedrooms include a king bed, two queen beds, bunk beds with a full and twin, and a queen sleeper sofa in the game room. The outdoor living space features a spacious backyard with lake access and kayaks, while the indoor living area includes four bedrooms and a game room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, a blender, and a toaster oven. General amenities include central air conditioning, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, an in-unit washer/dryer, hair dryers, an iron/ironing board, and trash bags/paper towels. Events are allowed for additional fees, with events up to 20 people incurring a $250 fee and events up to 50 people incurring a $750 fee. You are responsible for all coordination and cleanup of the event, including coordinating trash removal and transportation to and from distant parking for guests.
