I am an engineer at Honeywell and teach part time at Phoenix College nearby so I'm not home much. On weekends I'll see people in my circle or work on a small business I'm growing with a colleague; I figured that since I'm not around I could rent out individual rooms. The place is currently occupied so I won't have a room available to rent until 1FEB2026 but I figured I'd see what we can work out before then. I am a cat owner though I take great pains to keep the place clean! I don't expect you to clean up after them but I do ask that you keep the shared areas (i.e. the restroom) cleaned up after yourself. If you think there's room to work something out I'd love to start a dialogue and see where things go! I'm a pretty open minded guy who puts his faith in people so if you're looking for a place to call home, shoot me a line and let's see what happens!
