Experiencing the 4 seasons here has the ability to improve your life!! 300 sunny days a year, with this property offering fantastic sunsets over the protected open space so no light pollution! Note that rent for 1 person is $2875. Two residents' rent is $3025. The cabin is maintained in excellent condition. Design focused on detail, function and energy savings that includes brand new energy efficient gas furnace and hot water heater. The entire 2nd floor is a bedroom/bath/walk-in closet. The 3/4 bath includes a large tiled shower with a built-in seat and built-in shelving and glass surrounding 2 sides. This bedroom has views of the Evergreen Golf Course (west view) and windows on all 4 directions. There is another bedroom on the 1st floor with a full bath next to it. Full kitchen with all appliances and a built-in bar. The living room has a Lopi wood burner with adjacent wood storage and built in shelving for electronics. All included lighting includes dimmers that allow you to set the mood while saving energy. Flooring is natural wood, flagstone and stone. 3 separate storage closets in the cabin. Blinds on all but 1 window in the cabin. There is a large flagstone patio on the kitchen side of the cabin with golf course/mountain views too. The cabin sits on 1/3 acre that is not fenced as we share the land with the wildlife including deer and elk. Unfortunately, Zillow will not allow pictures of the wildlife that comes to this property. The cabin is in the mountains and so is kept as natural as possible with an incredible bonus for food for the wildlife who come and feed, rest and play. Full sized washer and dryer located in the garage laundry room. Included is on site parking for 2 average sized, well maintained, vehicles with 1 garage stall for up to an average sized car. The driveway turns into 3 lanes and is relatively flat here in the mountains. Mailbox included. Beautiful wildlife to include the elk and deer hanging out on the property when they come up from the golf course! You really have to see this log cabin to appreciate the positive and warm energy (and even more so with a wood fire burning in the cabin) and in a convenient area of Evergreen. The cabin sits at 7211' in elevation, just a bit higher than downtown at 7165'. The cabin's location has many perks: Evergreen bus can pick you up at the cabin! Easy access to all major roadways and only 1/2 hour to downtown Denver. All delivery types available. Walk to the lake via trails in less than 10 minutes where there are year round festivities, paddle board, ice skating on the world's largest zamboni-groomed outdoor ice rink. You can walk to historic downtown Evergreen in about 13 minutes and walk out of the cabin door and start hiking! You can hike over to the golf course and golf! There is year round fishing on the lake. There's skiing at Echo Mountain which is only 30 minutes away in neighboring Idaho Springs. Seasonal lake concerts and farmer's markets. The annual Father's day rodeo and Christmas parade! There are just too many amenities to list here. 1 doggy allowed at no additional rent! The resident is responsible for the utilities and the cabin has city water. Good to excellent credit and rental history required. 1 year lease.
