Head the other direction for all your errands within 5 minutes with Target, Costco, and plenty of other well-known store brands. SDSU campus is 5-10 minute drive as well. You may want to head up to Mission Trails Regional Park just 10 minutes away for numerous hiking trails, including the famous Cowles Mountain. Enjoy a walk or bike around Lake Murray, pack a picnic, go fishing, or rent a pedal boat or kayak for a day of adventure! Head west for miles of gorgeous beach and other destinations like San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, and Downtown night life in just 20 minutes. San Diego International Airport is 20-25 minutes away. *FULLY FURNISHED | ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED* This studio guesthouse is fully furnished and all utilities/services (electricity, water, trash, internet, pest control, landscaping) are covered by the owner. A one-time $150 cleaning fee will be applied. Cleaning supplies are provided to keep the home clean during your stay; if you would like to have a cleaning service during your stay, we can help coordinate a third-party service for you. One small-medium pet is allowed with a pet fee of $250 to cover additional cleaning necessary to maintain the studio. Any additional damage above normal wear & tear (i.e., carpet stains, furniture damage) will need to be covered by tenants/guests. Please note, while the patio area is fully fenced, the home is located in a natural environment that includes wildlife such as coyotes. It is advised that all pets are supervised outdoors and brought inside overnight. You will have full access to the guesthouse and fenced, two-tiered outdoor patio. On-property parking is reserved for you in the driveway. There is not much traffic on the street and on-street parking next to the home is available. Minimum rental lease is one month (30 days) and longer-term leases can be discussed. A $1,500 refundable deposit is required.
