Empty pictures are from late 2020 and are a very good representation of the cleanliness you will have before you occupy the unit. Owner is very thorough with professional cleaners and cleaning before a new tenant moves in.
$40 fee per adult applicant. One year lease with a continuing month-to-month lease thereafter. $3500 security deposit. Owner pays for water, trash, and gardener. The front and back gardens will still need watering 1-2 times a week with your help. Tenant pays for most of gas and electric. Due to the property only having two meters the bill will include some utilities from Unit C (1 bedroom apt). Because of this, there will be a cap on the gas and electric where owner will pay above the capped amount with proof of the bill. Typically gas is about $70 a month but in the winter months with the furnace it can go up to $300 (but you'd only be responsible for up to $150). Electric is typically about $200 and can be over $400 in the summer if you run the A/C a lot (but you would only be responsible for up to $350).
