Just 15 minutes away from Orlando's main attractions like Disney World, this centrally located home offers comfort and convenience for any family or travel party. Enjoy the luxury of a private screened-in pool, Jacuzzi, and covered lanai with patio furniture. This luxurious home is designed to make your Disney dream come true. The loft living room is perfect for family gatherings, and the game room offers pool, air hockey, and Foosball for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family. Sheets, towels, and a starter kit of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided for your arrival. Pool heat can be activated upon request for an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. Our grill is available for a one-time rental fee, which includes one propane tank. Located in Storey Lake Resort, one of the newest resort communities in Orlando/Kissimmee, you'll have easy access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. The resort offers a 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool with a kids splash area, lazy river, tiki bar, and more. Enjoy the convenience of being close to Disney parks and other attractions. This property is not suitable for parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Only guests aged 25 and older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests can stay overnight, and a list must be provided before check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to towing. Charcoal grills are prohibited, and usage may lead to a fine of up to $500 and eviction. Propane grills are allowed. The pool and spa heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather, and interruptions may occur. Check-in instructions are provided after verification is completed.
