The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary utensils and appliances for your vacation getaway. There is a private balcony with captivating views of the Magnolia Place pool area right off of the living area! In the master bedroom, there is a king bed with an attached full master bathroom! The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample space for all of your vacation belongings. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living area - making this unit able to fit up to six guests. You will be able to find comfort and solitude while residing at Magnolia Place 202-4703. WINTER RENTAL ONLY INCLUDED: *Electric -$75 cap. renter is responsible for any overage. *Cable *Internet *Water *Trash **REQUIRMENTS: *No taxes will be applied on stays over 90 days. Additional fees will apply, including housekeeping and linen services. Guests must be 25 or older to book. No local residents are allowed. If the condo is open.
