The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals, including a large air fryer with three levels and individual heating times, a hot plate, all utensils, a coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials to get you started. Enjoy the spacious backyard, outdoor dining area, and fruit trees. You have access to your private studio, shared driveway, EV charger, backyard, fruit trees, and outdoor dining. If you have an electric vehicle, you're welcome to charge up your EV with the EV charger; it's free for overnight charging (11 pm - 7 am). During peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), EV charging will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use. Pet lovers are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy freeway access, you're just minutes from SDSU, multiple hospitals, transit options, and everything San Diego has to offerbeaches, dining, shopping, and more, all within 5-20 minutes. Public transportation is within a few blocks, but a car is recommended. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks; fees will apply. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances) is prohibited. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for entertainment and remote productivity.
