Grill rentals are available with options for 3 burners at $115 per week and 4 burners at $135 per week, including one full propane tank. Baby items such as a Pack n' Play, high chair, safety gate, and stroller are complimentary for all stays. The property is 100% smoke-free, and a non-refundable fee of $250 will be charged for any signs of smoking. The pool area is equipped with a safety fence, and children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. The garage is not available as it has been converted into a game room. The property has a regular pest control service, but sightings of wildlife or pests may occur, and no refunds will be issued for this. Guests are responsible for disposing of trash properly, and additional fees may apply for excessive trash left behind. The property does not have a mailbox, but packages can be sent to the management company's office. Commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, and similar are not allowed in the community.
