The modern bathroom offers a luxurious rain shower and a relaxing soak in the claw-foot tub. The compact yet functional kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Up to two housebroken dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $75 per pet. Guests must bring their own firewood for the mini wood-burning stove or outdoor fire pit. Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, the cabin offers seclusion in nature while being a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. It is removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily access Bella Vista and Bentonville. Enjoy outdoor adventures with local hiking and biking trails, and explore Pineville's natural beauty. The cabin is 20 minutes to Elk River floating access, 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems, 10 minutes to Back 40 trails, and 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville with its amazing restaurant scene. The cabin is located in a peaceful, wooded area, so you may encounter wildlife. Keep the doors closed to prevent critters from entering. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please lock the door using the smart lock when you leave. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking inside will incur a cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If more than 90 minutes late, a charge of either $250 or the full rate for another night will apply. Bathroom towels should not be used to clean bikes, or a replacement charge will apply. All guests must be verified ahead of the stay, requiring a check-in form confirming contact information and acknowledging house rules. Check-in instructions will be sent upon completion.
