Located in LeDroit Park/Shaw, NW DC, our home offers a peaceful retreat. - Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, with a 4-burner gas stove with center griddle, Instant Pot, coffee grinder, and stove-top espresso maker. Coffee and tea are available for guests. - Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with adjustable dimming lights. The closets are locked, but dressers and space to hang your clothes are available. - Flexible living space: Multipurpose space with a projector, fold-out couch, foldable desk, and access to streaming accounts (Max, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime). No TV, but the projector with Bluetooth speakers is easy to use with our instructions. - Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. - Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer. - Living Area: Bright with natural light, decorated with unique art pieces and indoor plants.
