This unit is newer construction and comes with a Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, separate 1 Bedroom and washer/dryer hookups. It is also equipped with a split unit so you can have heating or air conditioning. And you know we need air conditioning these days. There is off street parking available for 1 car. This unit shares 1 common wall with the main house. Utilities are split 80/20 (so PG&E, sewer and garbage are split with the main house). Water is included in the rent.
