The main bathroom is spacious and fully stocked with essentials. Street parking is available for up to 3 additional cars on a first-come, first-served basis. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $60 (less than 100 lbs) or $250 (1+ month stay) for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Located in a tranquil residential area in Orlando, this home offers excellent connectivity to key destinations. Orlando International Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive, downtown Orlando is about 12 minutes away, Walt Disney World Resort is roughly a 21-minute drive, and Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 22 minutes away. The neighborhood is served by reputable schools, nearby parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, please keep noise to a minimum. Max occupancy is 6 guests, all of whom must be listed in the pre-arrival form. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. It's important that all dogs are declared in advance. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. Each pet must have its own bed and is not allowed on the furniture. Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and sign rental terms before their stay.
