The pond on the property is shallower and not meant for fishing or swimming, but the Erie Canal, less than half a mile away, is great for fishing. Pets are welcome with prior approval, with a maximum of two dogs allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Smoking outside is permitted, and if the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. Clay's Park also hosts concerts throughout the year, offering a chance to enjoy live music during your stay. Be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice.
