All the windows have been reglazed with storm windows. Only offers on-street parking. This is a great little apartment. 1 block away from down town with easy access to restaurants. It is a quiet block where kids are quick to move (respectful) when playing. Landlord pays water/sewer and for grass to be mowed. Tenant pays for electric, gas (hot water), and trash removal. We do not prefer pets. However, we will allow 1 small pet only. This is a $200 deposit with an additional $50 a month. No smoking, even on the front porch (since it is enclosed). On-street parking only. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Background checks are required. When you submit your application you must pay $30 for the background checks to be completed.
