Relax in the cozy corner with two loveseats and a chair, or head upstairs to the main living area with a 65-inch Smart TV and a Peloton bike. Guests have access to the entire house and all amenities, including kitchen supplies and appliances. Basic amenities are provided to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Cardinal Cove is situated on a 0.93-acre lot with a spacious wooded backyard, just a block away from Beaver Lake. The closest access point is Starkey Marina, 2 miles away. Water levels at the lake may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels are not honored. Check-in is after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with a paid event fee. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered will incur a $400 fine.
